Receptionist
Based on one of our clients’ sites, you report to the Facility Manager.
Your mission:
- Welcoming visitors
- Handling telephone calls
- IAdvising visitors
- Providing safety instructions
- Managing meeting rooms
- Directing suppliers
- Handling the mail
Your strengths:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- You speak several languages
- You have a keen sense of customer service
- With a well-groomed appearance, you are welcoming, courteous and proactive
- Proficient in IT
