Facility manager
Reporting to the Branch management, you are based on one of our clients’ sites and are responsible, with your team, for the overall management of the contracted services.
Your mission:
- Designated on-site contact person
- Implementing the services, ensuring the organisation, monitoring and quality control
- Managing all the sub-contractors to ensure they working in the best interests of your client
- Managing your team
- Training the employees in your team
- Monitoring the KPIs
- Ensuring Quality, Safety and Environmental objectives are respected
- Drawing up performance reporting

- Experience in the management of Facility services
- Focused on customer satisfaction
- Management qualities
- Good personal organisation, rigorous with an analytical mind
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets
- IT skills
